RETURNS

We want you to love your Little Trendstar shirt. But if you find it is not the right fit for your child, you may return or exchange the shirt within 15 days of purchase. Shirt must be returned in new condition (ie. not worn or washed) with tags still attached and must be accompanied by our return form. Please email us at info {at} littletrendstar.com to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please provide your Little Trendstar order number, located on your packing slip. Items not purchased through our website will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are the recipient of a gift purchased online, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING

We use US Postal Service First Class for shipping. Orders are typically mailed within two days of receiving payment. Please allow 3-14 days for delivery. Delivery confirmation is only available through the US Postal website. Your tracking confirmation number will be emailed to you. Unless shipping internationally, unfortunately First Class shipping does not provide a tracking number. We know, not the best, but at least it's less expensive shipping costs on you.

At this time, our website can only process international orders shipping to Canada. For Canadian shipments, please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive via the postal system. Although we have flat rate shipping of $1 per shirt to the US, shipping to Canada does cost more. That cost will be reflected in your cart at the time of ordering.

When shipping Internationally, additional fees, customs fees and independent carrier fees may be charged. Please contact your local customs office or postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect before placing your order.

We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so if your order if $30, we put $30). You may declare your package as a "gift" by clicking the "gift" check box at checkout. If you check this box, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all. However you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.

Orders typically ship within two days, unless an item is backordered, in which case we will notify you ASAP.
